Location: Bhopal Madhya Pradesh, India
Job Description:
Primary Job Function
- Achieving assigned Area/TBM wise sales target
- Support team to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly target
- Achieve Brand & Product wise target
- Conduct activities and programs as per the division strategy.
- Develop & mentor Team for next level
Core Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate Team members to achieve their Territory wise
- Coaching TBM on various on the Job aspects
- Developing TBMs field effectiveness
Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
- Monitoring of effort parameter and execution of strategies
- Monitoring Brand wise & Value-wise Month on Month Sales progression
- An effective communicator & Analytical Skill
- People Manager
Position Accountability / Scope
Limited to Area/Geography of operation
Qualification: B.Sc/B.Pharma, PG
Experience: 2-4 Years as 1st Line Manager in Same therapeutic Segment
Candidates from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies will have an added advantage.
