Position: Area Initiator – Marketing Representative

Location: Chennai, Kolkata, Siliguri, Guntur, Ahmedabad, Nagpur, Mumbai, Pune, Solapur, Bangalore, Agra, Jhansi, Orai, Barrackpore, Jorhat, Delhi, Orissa, Allahabad, Dehradun

Job Description:

  • Carrying our Brand Promotion through Promotional inputs as per the Prescribing habits of the doctors.
  • Follow up on the ROI with the KOLs and KBLs
  • Monitoring stock movement from Stockist to retailer
  • Conduction of OPD camps at selected hospitals
  • Personal Order Booking and Store location updation on a daily basis to ensure product availability and ensure awareness in the doctors and patients
  • A regular visit to the retailer and briefing out products on Promotion, new products and ensure availability
  • Timely reporting of the activities through FFR Portal
  • Collection of Stock and Sales Statement
  • Safeguarding and maintaining the Company property like Ipad, Literature, other Promotional tools

Functional & Technical Competencies:

  • Communication Skills,
  • Detailing Skill,
  • Selling Aptitude and Result Orientation,
  • Knowledge of Market, products, customers, therapies, diseases.


  • Achievement of target- Month-wise, Brand wise
  • Conversion of VDL Doctors to OP, MP, and RP.
  • Availability of Products

  • Communication and persuasion skills,
  • Self- confidence,
  • Well mannered,
  • Respecting Reporting Hierarchy and Customers

Qualification: Graduation

Experience – 1-2 years as an MR in a Pharmaceutical Company Preferred.

Salary: 3,00,000 to 5,00,000 INR CTC/PA
