Position description: Generate Prescriptions by building scientific partnership with the doctors, thus building long term and sustainable business relationship to achieve and exceed set targets.

Position: Territory Manager/Area Manager (Independent Role) 

Location: Raipur, AhmedabadBengaluru

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • To achieve and exceed the sales targets/objectives
  • To demonstrate awareness about sales targets, Power Brands Targets
  • To demonstrate awareness about Primary and secondary sales trends and Primary to secondary sales ratio
  • Able to identify the key reasons for the gaps and takes action either by self or through guidance support from others

Territory Business Planning

  • To ensure Doctor Visit plan as per the product segments
  • To ensure Chemist visit plans as per the targeted doctors in the MSL
  • Preparing the tour plan in line with the planned visit frequency of doctors
  • Ensure to adhere to the norms of DIF, call average, coverage, and compliance

Execution Excellence- Process

  • To demonstrate awareness of Brand communication and messages
  • To demonstrate an understanding of brand matrix, marketing inputs, scientific information
  • Able to Execute key marketing activities, customer engagement programs, CMEs as per the set norms and timelines
  • Perform RCPA for each doctor to understand their prescription preference
  • Adherence to reporting, data submission as per defined norms
  • Profiling customers in the SFE portal as per the defined standard.

Execution Excellence- Knowledge, Skill

  • Build a scientific partnership with doctors through demonstrating Essential Product, Disease and competition knowledge
  • Demonstrate In clinic effectiveness behavior through Emcure’s Selling Skills model
