Job Description:
- Achieving sales targets of Territories Assigned on Primary as well as Secondary Basis
- Extensive Pharma Exposure, Sales & Marketing, Customer Coverage/Meeting, Retail/Distribution Management.
- Accelerating Business Growth with Proper implementation of Promotional strategies.
- Monitoring/Analyzing sales data and Periodical Forecasting of Sales to RSM/ZSM
- Effective, clear, and Precise presentations to customers with persuasion.
- Developing an Efficient Distribution network to improve trade leverage.
- Developing, Training, Motivating, and Controlling team to drive Revenue Growth.
- Communication/Analytical/Organizing/Planning/ & Interpersonal Skills
- Adaptability to work in any environment,
