- Supervising and Handling field staff
- Achieving Sales Target Self and Each Team Member
- Joint Field working for Team Development, Managing good relations with staff and OJT
- Managing KOL’s and Developing Local strategies
- Ensure call effectiveness & productivity
- Effective management of distribution channel
- Demonstrated Ability of Product Promotion and Selling Skills
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills, besides trade management
Qualification: B.Sc/B.Pharma/Graduation
Experience: 3-8 Years
