- Supervise field staff
- Ensure individual & team targets are met
- Work jointly with field staff for relationship management
- Prepare a strategy for key account
- Ensure call effectiveness & productivity
- Effective management of distribution channel
- Good Relations with Customers, Doctors, Stockists
- Demonstrated ability of Sales Promotion and Team Management
Qualification: B.Pharma/B.Sc
Experience: 5-7 Years
Salary: Negotiable
