Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
- To Supervise working of field staff in the designated territory
- Ensure the individual & team targets are met
- To work jointly with field staff for relationship management
- Ensure company policies and norms are followed
- Prepare a strategy for key account management
- Ensure call effectiveness & productivity
- Monitor & maintain sales to manpower ratio
- Implementation of Marketing Strategies
- Smooth & effective management of distribution channel
- Track progress & provide feedback on newly launched products in the assigned territory
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate: B.Sc / B.pharma
- Minimum 10+ yrs of experience in pharma selling.
- Should have a good relationship with doctors, stockists, and management.
- Must have a demonstrated ability to promote and sell goods, services, and concepts
Qualification: B.Pharma/B.Sc,
Experience: 5-10 yrs
Salary: 2,75,000 to 5,00,000 INR
