Position: Area Sales Manager

Location: Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Warangal, Andhra Pradesh, India

Job Description:

  • To promote and coordinate the marketing and sales operations of the organization to optimize the companies market share in Pharma Product. Provide support to the team to achieve the company mission and sales goals, with outstanding customer services.
  • Analyzing market trends, pricing, and competitor\\\’s activities & maintaining Sales performance.
  • Responsible for the supervision of sales operations and services.
  • To promote teamwork within the teams and a favorable image of the company.
  • Build a strong sales team, develop and nurture them to achieve their goals.
  • Develop and communicate organizational policies and goals across teams.
  • Review marketing and sales budget and ensure its compliance.
  • To develop performance standards and evaluate team performances.
  • The hiring of Sales Officers in coordination with GM Sales & marketing / Corporate HR.
  • Achieving sales targets.
  • Visiting stockiest for sales & sales promotion.

Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 3-7 Years

Salary: 3,00,000 to 3,50,000 INR CTC/PA
