Position: Assistant Manager – HR

Location: Tarapur, Boisar, Mumbai Suburbs, Maharashtra

Job Description:

  • Manpower Planning & Management adequate number, training, maintaining discipline and code of conduct
  • Monitor Labor Contractors, Neem & Sirmaxo employees
  • Ensure all legal & statutory compliances – DISH, Labour office, MPCB, MIDC etc. & proper & timely correspondence
  • Ensure effective implementation of Health & Safety Policy.
  • Keeping updates of the latest changes in the Govt. regulations & schemes
  • Set Goal for the minimization of the accident, waste generation & the cost reduction for each department & overall and review the same periodically – electricity, water,
  • Facilitate recruitment, conducting interviews & selection procedure.
  • Ensure that medical examinations are conducted for all personnel working in the department.
  • Control over incoming and outgoing of the Company / Contractor Employees and visitors.
  • Maintain upkeep of infrastructure & prevent damages

  • To Optimize the use of available resources.
  • To monitor compliances with the requirement of cGMP factors that may adversely affect the product quality.
  • Managing security for maximum safety – ensure surprise visits & continuous training
  • Monitoring AMCs & keeping its record, ensure Timely & appropriate Insurance cover & all administrative work

Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 4-9 Years

Salary: 4,00,000 to 7,50,000 INR CTC/PA
