Position: Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition

Location: Gurgaon, Gurugram, Haryana, India

Job Description:

Summary of Job:

To be responsible for the entire gamut of talent acquisition for Corporate and SRC till Sr. Manager level and ensure effective utilization of recruitment module of HRIS portal.

Key Functions/Responsibilities

  • To carry out the recruitment process based on Manpower Requisition forms.
  • Draft & post advertisements for vacant positions on various job sites.
  • Sourcing and screening the applications received from different portals.
  • Coordinate the interviews with the short-listed candidates & issuance offer letters.
  • To maintain & update the recruitment tracker/database.
  • Preparing IJP/Referrals Mails
  • On-boarding of new joiners in SAP Success Factors
  • Mapping new joinee details in MySentiss
  • Timely feedback of new joiners as per SOP
  • Timely closure of confirmations of new joiners
  • Timely submission of payroll inputs
  • Handling internal/external audits related to TA
  • Timely processing of bills of all vendors

Qualification: MBA/PGDM HR/IR

Experience: 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition preferably from Pharma
