Global Business Services (GBS) People Operations (PO) is highly engaged in ensuring the delivery of high-quality human resource services to various geographies within Novo Nordisk.

Position: Associate Analyst II – Human Resource Master Data Management

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India

Job Description:

The position:

  • As an Associate Analyst, we expect you to create & communicate standards, benchmarks, and processes for the daily execution of tasks by the use of common methods & tools and must support the “Executive Vice President (EVP) and Centre of Excellence (COE)” in relation to local data quality issues.
  • Additionally, you must collaborate closely with Functional Data Stewards, EVP Data Stewards and must define, track, and report all mandatory fields that must be updated on an ongoing basis.

  • On the other hand, we expect you to define what data fields are critical by affiliate/personal area and must build and run data quality rules in the system to ensure all missing fields are updated.
  • We expect you to build strong controls and report on an ongoing basis on compliance and must be responsible for creating and maintaining process flow diagrams of how data interfaces work across all HR systems.
  • In addition to the above, you must document and report all the out-layers and build in controls and full proof solutions.
  • Furthermore, you must embed data ownership culture, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly defined globally and must conduct ongoing workshops to Local HR, Line of Business (LoB) in charge of HR data quality.
  • Meanwhile, you must proactively lead and support the development of methodology including the use of data analytics and maintain related tools/procedures and must independently develop reports including data preparation, presentation, and timely reporting of outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Specific technical and functional experience in HCM solutions, SAP HR, Employee Central (Success Factor)
  •  Broad experience in HR processes, HR Reporting/Analytics
  •  Experience with using statistics to analyse data such as SAS, SQL, Advanced Excel to Parse and run queries
  •  Very strong analytical and problem-solving skill
  •  Strong Presentation skills as this role need to interact and present data to Global HR
  •  Experience in developing and implementing HR data quality standards and frameworks in Mandatory
  •  End to End HR Process understanding at a global scale
  •  Overall 4+ years of experience from a similar role
  •  Proactive, systematic and persistent by nature
  •  Analytical and customer-centric mind-set
  •  Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  •  Excellent knowledge and awareness on the industry trends in HR Data Quality

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech with MBA HR OR Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 4 Years of Relevant Experience
