Position: Associate Director – Site Engineering – API Facility

Location: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India

Job Description:

  • To initiate improvement plans in existing assets, equipment, and systems to improve safety, quality, reliability, and cost.
  • Use problem-solving methodology to resolve technical process designs, equipment performance, and enhancement issues to ensure robust long-term solutions to acute or recurring problems.
  • Lead and ensure compliances of all critical state statutory requirements which including dealing with the weights and measurements department, Electrical department, Boiler inspection department, and approvals from the Government for new construction or expansion projects. Also to fulfill the requirements under India Factories Act for pressure vessels, critical lifts, and tools.
  • Provide guidance and lead the teams such as, Utility and Maintenance, Instrumentation and Automation drives /interphase, Site Civil Engineering, Electrical engineering, Project Management Documentation management Cell, and leading an overall team size of 30 FTEs and 200+ contracts.
  • Audits: Key to ensuring compliance with all internal, external, global, and regulatory guidelines and responsible for the audits pertinent building, facility and equipment

Qualification: M.Tech Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Min 16 Years In API Industry

Salary: Negotiable
