Position: Associate HRSS Specialist

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Job Description:

Manage Portfolio Assigned:

You will be a part of the Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) team and provide Tier 1, HR support to employees, managers, and HR Business Partners for all people-related activities related to the entire employee life cycle

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure all HR data is processed accurately, in a timely manner and manage employee data in HR systems and generate reports
  • Resolve individual Employee/Manager non-complex queries
  • Act as an administrator or coordinator for HR processes i.e. recruitment, Onboarding, offboarding, etc.
  • Execute user and admin support in the Performance Management process, e.g. tracking, communications, reminders
  • Provide administrative support to employee movement, e.g. promotion, mobility, leave, return-to-work, etc.
  • Support line managers and employees in day-to-day administration
  • Document preparation relating to the entire employee life cycle including employment contracts, employee change letters, and reference letters
  • The first point of contact for all HR-related queries via the HR ticketing system or face-to-face interaction
  • Deal with simple payroll queries and liaising with the Payroll team if necessary
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal contacts including HR Business Partners
  • Subject matter expert for end-to-end HR processes
  • Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems, make recommendations for resolution and escalation of issues as required to the Shared Services Manager, HR Business Partner, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate + Diploma in HR(Desirable), 1-3 years relevant HR experience gained in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, keen learner having an eye for detail and ability to multi- task
  • Interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis
  • Experience of delivering an excellent customer service experience

Note: This position will be on a third party contract basis

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations

Experience: 1-3 Years

Salary: Negotiable
