Position: Associate/Junior Officer Engineering (Instrumentation)
Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India
Job Description:
- Operation and maintenance of various pharmaceutical instruments
- Ensure smooth, timely, and effective delivery of engineering services of the instrumentation section in shifts.
- Responsible for Maintenance activities (Pre & Periodical) at site and troubleshooting activities of critical equipment and their maintenance, ensuring the interpreted support of plant instruments in shifts also.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical (API) Plant maintenance is compulsory
- Knowledge of Equipment validation and qualification, calibrations requirements
- Qualifications and maintenance of SCADA, PLC, and HMI
- Preparing the calibration schedules and execution as per the plan operational knowledge of automated systems
- Knowledge of Regulatory guidelines and requirements of instrumentation function
- Operational knowledge of Preventive and Periodical Maintenance activities.
- Expert in the stakeholder management
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 03+yrs of work exp as team member instrumentation section of API pharmaceutical manufacturing facility
- Ability to handle challenging situations and proving solutions to the complex technical issues
TECHNICAL /FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
- Good communication skills (both written & verbal) in English & Hindi
- Planning & prioritizing the activities
- Proficient in MS office and computer skills
- Good knowledge of SAP with respect to engineering job requirements
- Multi-tasking ability and time management skills
- Ensuring compliance in the designated role
Qualification: Diploma – Instrumentation/ECE
Experience: 9-14 Years
Salary: Negotiable
