Position:Â Associate Marketing Manager – Consumer Marketing
Location: New Delhi, India
Job Description:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of consumers, competition, category, and trade channel.
- Conceptualize, develop and execute the entire consumer marketing roadmap, build it from the scratch.
- Well, verse in various kinds of consumer research to extract key consumer insight/s and building it in strong communication.
- Lead the execution of the brand tasks across ATL, PR, Activation & Digital effectiveness and efficiency of spends.
- Track brand performance.
- Lead consumer interactions.
- Chart out and support GTM support.
- Liaison with the New Product Development team for packaging and retail element design.
- Work with the sales team and responsible to drive the top line.
- Manager the P&L of the brand.
- 100% Adherence to Signutra Ethics and Compliance policy.
Desired Candidate profile
- Total desirable experience of 5 to 8 years in Consumer marketing.
- MBA Marketing from a reputed institute.
- Worked in the consumer marketing team and have driven ATL piece only from a Nutrition/FMCG/Healthcare company.
- Should have handled an annual digital budget of 30-40 crores and knows how to optimize the right investment in the right market to drive better ROI.
- Strong media planning knowledge.
- Should have strong community marketing experience & community business model know-how.
- Experience in ATL space, creating and managing content marketing strategies, including the ability to orchestrate every detail and then measure results.
- Understanding the importance of all the levers to influence consumers to be it HCPs and Consumers.
- Managing creative. Media and strategic agency/partners and getting the best out of it and track them with right KPIs and give them timely feedback.
- Who can travel 4-6 days a month to meet consumers/HCPs to get customer insights.
- Coaching and subordinate involvement.
Qualification: MBA/PGDM Marketing
Experience: 5-8 Years
