Position: Asst Manager/Executive – PPIC/Supply Planning – 2 Openings
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Job Description:
- To be part of production scheduling (monthly/weekly) based on order requirements with available resources.
- Long Term Production Plans then future into monthly, weekly, and daily production plan for Finish Goods.
- Responsible for maintaining FG inventory across the supply chain as per agreed inventory norms.
- Capacity debottlenecking by exploring the possibility of validation/verification of products in different areas/machines.
- Prepare a report of capacity V/s. utilization and addressing areas of concern.
- Monitor Supply Performance every week, month and identify the root cause for the gap.
- Coordinating with various departments like Marketing, Supply chain, Production, QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse for on-time delivery of products.
- Prepare MIS and monitor performance against the planned schedule with default analysis and its resolutions.
- Candidates having exposure to Pharmaceutical regulated plants shall be preferred.
Qualification: B.Sc/B.E/B.Tech/B.Pharma, M.Pharma/M.Tech, MBA/PGDM
Experience: 4-9 Years
