Position: Assistant Manager – HR
Location: Goa
Job Description:
- Manage recruitment activity for Pharma formulations and R&D.
- Build a relationship with business functions to understand upcoming recruitment needs and gaps.
- Manage the recruitment process and life cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, pre-boarding, and on-boarding.
- Counsel the candidates on benefits, compensation, and organizational environment.
- Keep abreast of the latest tools in recruitment and utilize the same to maintain Headcount within lead time.
- Network effective with industry colleagues to stay updated on the latest trends in pharma recruitment.
- Develop and utilize diverse recruitment strategies and tools, such as retention strategies, social media, campus recruitment, etc.
- Develop branding initiatives to connect with the talent available in the industry and elsewhere.
- Develop relationships with Industry colleagues so as to facilitate candidate verification.
- Manage incentive schemes at the location.
- Actively participate in site HR and administrative activities.
Qualification: MBA/PGDM HR/Industrial Relations
Experience: 8-10 Years
Salary: Negotiable
