Position: Asst. General Manager/DGM – South India

Location: Bodakev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Description:

  • Spearheading end-to-end Sales & Marketing Operations of various Products such as DYNAPAR AQ INJ, DYNAPAR QPS, OPTOGEST, TRYOVIT D3, TRYODANTIN (Pain management, Gynec, Multivitamin)
  • Conceptualizing & implementing competitive strategies for generating sales, developing & expanding market share towards the achievement of revenue & profitability targets
  • Supporting a team for developing new business partners to expand product reach in the market and coordinating with the dealers to assist them to promote the product
  • Coordinating budgets, forecasts, and reports & accordingly effectuating business plans to attain maximum sales.
  • Evaluating team performance  by Identifying financially strong & reliable channel partners, monitoring distributors performance, and resolving issues for primary & secondary sales, resulting in deeper market penetration & reach
  • Building & maintaining a relationship with key decision makers & clients/customers for business development
  • Working closely with team and channel partners to develop agreed business development plans which included lead generation activities.

  • Formulating & implementing strategies/policies and reaching out to the unexplored market segments/customer groups for business expansion and make team capable to achieving sales targets through market mapping, lead generation, maintaining robust channel sales as well as servicing existing customers; generating leads by allocating the accounts to the Sales Team.
  • Driving sales initiatives & achieving desired targets with overall responsibility of return on investment and exploring marketing avenues to build consumer preference and drive volumes
  • Exploring new markets for promoting the products; conducting competitor analysis by keeping track of market trends & competitor to achieve market share metrics
  • Scrutinizing & reviewing sales & performance reports and reporting the same to Senior Management for the excellent decision-making process.

Qualification: B.Sc/B.Pharma

Experience: 20-30 Years

Salary: Negotiable
