Position: BDE/BDA Sales & Marketing

Location: Panchkula

Job Description:

  • Corporate Sales & Marketing Sr. Executive for International and Domestic Market.
  • We are looking for a young & dynamic Pharma Sales & Marketing Executive for B2B (Corporate) Marketing, who can thrive in a fast-paced business environment.
  • You will be visited the Corporate Healthcare Professionals.
  • Work is related to sales & Marketing of Reference Standards, Impurities, and other Analytical & Regulatory Services offered by Pharmaffiliates. (For more details, please visit our website: www.pharmaffiliates.com)
  • Generating leads from new customers (i.e. Healthcare Organisations) as well as to increase leads from existing clients.
  • Preparing offers, follow-ups, negotiations, convert into orders, meeting monthly /quarterly / annual sales targets, etc. Also follow-ups on the supply of Materials and payments etc.

Required Candidate profile

  • Responsible for achieving the targets set by the company.
  • Should be young, dynamic, graduate in any discipline with preferable experience in Research organizations / Pharma Sales.
  • Plan and Implement an effective call plan
  • Build effective business relationships with Pharmaceutical companies
  • Develop strategies to approach potential customers and increase sales
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of computers necessary, MBA’s preferred.
  • Handle all online and offline marketing and Public Relation duties.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Fluent with English.
  • Having good computer operating skills.
  • Able to interact with people from a technical background.
  • Responsible for business development in international markets.
  • Corresponding independently with customers
  • Sourcing of various products
  • Market research periodically
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Implementation of Sales & Marketing activities
  • To follow company strategies
  • Knowledge of MS Office

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
  • Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Develop business for new products and explore the new markets.
  • Prepare product wise sales forecast. Work with the sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
  • Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.

Qualification: B.Sc/B.Pharma, MS/M.Sc/M.Pharma/MBA/PGDM

Experience: 2-7 Years

Salary: 2,00,000 to 5,00,000 INR (CTC/PA)
