The company has its own Research & Development center at Kandivli (west), Mumbai, state of the art, Bulk Manufacturing Plant at Ankleshwar, and Formulation plant at Dehradun and SEZ, Kandla having the approval of MHRA (UK), MCC (SA) and other International Health Authorities. March 2008 – 82 Crs., Expected by March 2009 150 Crs.

Position: Brand Manager –  OTC Brands

Location: Mumbai, Mumbai Suburbs, Maharashtra, India

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Developing mass media plans and strategies and tracking the effectiveness of media investment
  • Liaise with Market Research agencies to gather insights from consumers so as to evolve relevant brand communication strategies.
  • Responsible for brand communication, media planning, and media buying.
  • Responsible for a tie-up with online pharmacies and trade marketing.
  • Looking after Above the Line (ATL) and Below the Line (BTL) activities.
  • The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies to achieve market share targets and exceed sales of assigned OTC brands.


Desired Candidate Profile

    • The candidate must be BPharm/ MBA graduate.
    • Must have worked in marketing function for a minimum of 4 years.
    • Experience in OTC marketing will be an added advantage.
    • The proven track record for designing, implementing, and tracking the impact of creative marketing programs through salesforce.

Qualification: B.Pharma/B.Sc, MBA/PGDM

Experience: 5-10 Years

Salary: 3,00,000 to 6,00,000 INR CTC/PA
