Position: Business Analyst – Incentive Compensation

Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Job Description:

We are looking for Business Analyst level with the below aspects:

  • Pharma domain is a mandate
  • Experience required a minimum of 3 years in Incentive Compensation from Pharma domain

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Model building and provide analytical and consulting services in designing, delivering and executing projects related to Commercial Effectiveness (CE)
  • Access management of Sales analytics platform of GSC CA
  • Prepare recurrent reports of analysis & insights and ensure on-time delivery
  • Share insights with the stakeholders as a result of the analyses
  • Complete ownership of the deliverables from end-to-end with a mind-set of continuous improvement’ and share recommendations with the manager
  • Drive Sales Incentive analytics projects, track & monitor progress and ensure future stabilization

  • Ensure Training and troubleshooting for Sales incentive tool users
  • Ensure superior customer satisfaction by delivering high-end quality support
  • Should be able to perform
    • End-to-end Cross-functional projects
    • Must have competencies: Sales incentive analytics, Incentive Design, Target Setting, Marketing Execution and Promotional Mix Analytics projects
    • Good to have competencies: Call planning, Profiling, Segmentation & Targeting, Incentive Admin and SFE admin, reporting and analytics

Qualification: Appropriately Qualified

Experience: 2-5 Years of Relevant Experience

Salary: Negotiable
