Position: Business Planning Lead

Location: Floral Deck Plaza, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Job Description:

  • Accountable for coordinating and supporting the global marketing teams with all business planning processes including the co-creation process, content delivery, MCM initiatives
  • Leads the interface with the GPMO and works with the content management lead to delivery agreed milestones on time
  • Brings awareness of business priorities and updates in policies and procedures, training and capability needs and holds leaders accountable for delivery
  • Supports the Commercial Operations and Business Leads with defined projects based on organizational or business needs (including divestments, Code of Practice deployment, A&P management)
  • Support the Global Marketing in building capabilities (ie digital, leadership) and be a catalyst for culture change

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • 5-7 yrs of business or commercial experience in life sciences, healthcare, or closely related industry. Preferably in at least one global generic of a local national company
  • Proven record of strong project management skills to identify key milestones, and deliver in tight time frames to meet business objectives
  • Proven ability to effectively work and influence within cross-functional teams, and manage stakeholders

This is a Grade 6 role.
