Position: Business Analyst – Supply Chain and Procurement

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Role & Responsibilities:

  • The position holder will provide end to end reporting within supply chain like taking part in offshore processes transferring current reporting tasks on weekly/monthly/ ad hoc basis from HQ to GSC.
  • This will require following the processes for maintaining master data, documenting processes, and communicating with employees in NN, typically planners on a daily basis, and after having transferred activities to GSC, the task is to harmonize and upgrade reporting into current business intelligence framework using Alteryx/Tableau.
  • Tasks will also be linked to adding new data sources to our Active Data Archive (ADA) enabling the full transparency of our supply chain, since having the available data in our ADA, will enable project-related tasks such as looking into predictive analytics, network optimizations and simulations supporting the competence center in DK.
  • You also are responsible to develop and maintain KPIs in Alteryx and Tableau.
  • Further, adhere to the ADA guideline and the BI deployment model. They should also ensure an efficient update of KPIs through automation and efficient handover to GSC colleagues.

Key Competences:

  • Ability to analyze and process the data
  • Good understanding of supply chain concepts (Stock outs, Supply chain modeling, transportation, Inventory)
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tool packs such as (Alteryx, Tableau, SAP BI)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experienced user of Alteryx and Tableau
  • Experience with SAP MM, ECC, APO is preferred
  • Experience in conducting meetings with peers including preparation and facilitation of meetings.
  • Excellent communication skill in English both written and oral

Qualification: Post Graduation in SCM/Logistics/Finance from a Reputed Institute

Experience: Minimum 4 Years in Business Analysis, Preferably with SCM

Salary: Negotiable
