Position: Country Brand Manager – Oncology (Digital)

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Description:

About Position: This position is a part of the India Oncology team & will collaborate with the Sales, Marketing & the Activation team extensively. The role is responsible for assessing, activating & optimizing the digital activities across Oncology Portfolio.

The cornerstone for successful implementation of programs will be guided by a focus on Channel Optimization & Activation, Digital Strategy & Performance Analysis for the digital initiatives for the India Oncology business.

Strategic

  • Develop the digital strategy roadmap for the Oncology business
  • Participate in brand plan & run a scoping exercise for digital initiatives & evaluate the channels for execution
  • Define the implementation plan for the campaigns & monitor the SLA’s with various stakeholders- both internal and external
  • Collaborate with the vendors for the execution of campaigns
  • Run analytics to assess current & future business trends & deploy a plan to accelerate business growth & mitigate risks

Operational

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the digital strategy by developing ROI metrics of the campaigns being run
  • Leverage on a digital platform for consumer awareness by scientific information dissemination by HCPs
  • Have monthly reviews with the Sales, Marketing & Activation teams to keep them up to date on channel/platform development/campaign updates and/or updates to business process/design guide

Digital:

  • Collaborate with other markets to leverage on the existing digital tools & explore the possibility of localizing it
  • Leverage on Pfizer Digital solutions in driving initiatives for a wider reach of prospects & communication to the existing customers
  • Utilize & improvise the usage of digital tools to be able to have market insights & integrate it into the business strategy
    Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with the processes & conformity to the Pfizer policies in the execution of Digital Strategies
  • Work in collaboration with the Medical & Marketing team to validate the content developed for broadcast
  • Run periodic risk assessment checks & define a mitigation plan for the programs/campaigns being implemented
  • Adhere to the guidelines laid down by the Regulators while designing the digital campaigns

Relevant Experience

• Good understanding of Indian Healthcare market/pharmaceutical industry
• Ability to work in a matrix organization
• Ability to develop and execute structured project plans
• Requirement for compliance to highest ethical standards
• Sound understanding of the use of digital and multi-channel routes of stakeholder engagement

Qualification: MBA/PGDM, Graduation, Marketing/Digital Marketing Certifications / Diplomas will be preferred

Experience: 5-10 Years of Relevant including minimum 2-4 years in digital marketing & Services operations
