Designation: Dy General Manager – Operations (Manufacturing – Pharma)
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Job Description:
- Look after activities of the plant including production, QC, QA, Engineering, HR, Liaison with Govt, Inter-departmental coordination, Vendor dealing, etc
- Manage good industrial relations
- Ensure discipline at the Unit level
- Ensure Safety, Health and hygiene is sustained
Required Candidate profile
- Exp in pharma MUST
- Good communication, Leadership
- Min. 5 yrs exp. as heading a pharma formulation plant with rich exposure in the latest international certifications/ guidelines viz. WHO/TGA/MHRA etc
Qualification: B.Pharma/M.Pharma, MBA/PGDM – HR/IR
Experience: 12-15 Years
Salary: Negotiable
