Position: Divisional Sales Manager – 3rd Line 

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Achieve Primary, secondary sales targets, and growth objectives.
  • Identify business opportunities and translate them into realized opportunities.
  • Drive business growth in assigned geography through the team by delivering on budgeted sales objectives on a continuous basis through effective customer relationship management, distributor management, inventory management, etc., in adherence to the company’s compliance standards
  • Engage KOLs and drive advocacy for assigned brands.
  • Engage and retain talents in the team

  • Drive performance in assigned markets and teams through effective performance coaching.
  • Review the business of each market and help direct reports to prepare an action plan and work collaboratively with all enabling functions and influence them to create a common purpose of the objective.
  • Build sustainable, long term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in assigned territory.
  • Help create and execute a plan for conducting scientific activities, and ensure effective execution in the prescribed territory.
  • Analyze sales reports, forecasts & documents.
  • Manages paradoxes in business pre-launch and post-launch with high standards of excellence.
  • Take effective decisions in the absence of complete information and create a climate for others to act decisively.
  • Provide continuous feedback to team and invest in the long term development of other

Functional Competencies:

  • High on science on not just product, but Disease management.
  • KOL Management and partnership
  • Strategic account management
  • Ability to hold meaningful engagements with customer
  • Effective Communication & Presentation Skills
  • Drive performance and develop people relationship building/influencing

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Should have Multispecialty segment Experience (especially in Gastro and Respiratory)
  • Should have covered entire Maharashtra(except Mumbai) in previous assignments
  • Coverage- Entire Maharashtra(except Mumbai)

Qualification: B.Pharma/B.Sc

Experience: 10-15 Years

Salary: Negotiable
