Position:Â Deputy Manager/ Associate Manager -SCM Logistics Operation
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Job Description:
1. Serialization:
- LV1-3: Working knowledge of the packing line serialization requirements
- LV4-5: Working knowledge of SAP ATTP, Trace link, Rfxcel, and other IT systems
- EPCIS data requirements and format understanding Ensure receipt of all lot EPCIS from CMO as per dispatch
- Serialization plant readiness CMO and Internal Lv4-5 integration
- Legal contract terms – the requirement for serialization by CMO, 3PL, etc.
- US – DSCSA Compliance – Product Identifier, Aggregation, EPCIS, VRS, full interoperability by 2023
- EU Serialization readiness – EU-Hub data submission, EMVO, and NMVO registration, agreement, and fee payment
- Serialization readiness for other markets/customers as required
- Serialization standards GS1 – Membership procurement renewal, standards knowledge and understanding
- DAVA portal requirement fulfillment with the SAP team, receive an exemption from Pharmexcil for export products and plants
- Coordinate with Packaging development on serialization label requirements
- Coordinate with Packaging development for GTIN creation for new SKUs
2. US 3PL – Onboarding project and operations
- LSL- Operational activities
- ICS – Onboarding and transition from LSL
- Data Analytics, Dashboard and tracking
3. UK/EU 3PL
- UK – Selection, launch and operation
- EU – Selection, launch and operation
- Data Analytics, Dashboard and tracking
4. Other projects
- Other projects as may be assigned
Qualification: MBA/PGDM
Experience: 5-10 Years of Relevant Experience
Salary: Negotiable
