Job description:
- Demonstrated Leadership, Communication, Presentation, Listening & Analytical Skills
- Drive Metrix that measures Operational Excellence
- Facilitate continuous improvement by applying Lean principles
- Lead and coordinate Lean initiatives
- Tracks and reports progress on improvement initiatives that are aligned to business needs
- Be a team player with the ability to work cross-functionally drive measurable improvements in customer, productivity and product flow develop strong working relationships with all levels to sustain a continuous improvement culture
Qualification: B.Pharma/B.E/B.Tech, MBA/PGDM/M.Pharma/M.Tech
Experience: 10-15 Years
