Position: EHS Site Group Lead

Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh India

Job Description:

  • Responsible for Environment, Health & Safety functions at the site.
  • Working closely with other departments and support the site management team to manage EHS risks in their department and achieve the site EHS goals.
  • Preparing local site-specific procedures based on Teva Global EHS Standards and implementation.
  • Conducting site EHS risk assessment, communicating the assessment report to all stakeholders, identifying and implementing the projects for mitigation of risk.

  • Studying the EHS aspects of new products or processes and implement EHS requirements.
  • Conducting EHS assessment of all projects at the design stage to ensure that all EHS requirements are identified managed throughout the lifecycle of projects.
  • EHS project management – Identification of new projects, project approval, CAPEX management, and implementation of the project.
  • Implementation of the chemical safety management program.
  • Co-ordinate ergonomic risk assessment and closer of identified CAPAs.
  • Implementation of industrial hygiene program i.e. chemical exposure, noise monitoring, lux monitoring.
  • Co-ordination of EHS audits, CAPA preparation, and closure of CAPAs on time.

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/Diploma /B.Sc

Experience: Minimum 10 Years

Salary: Negotiable
