Position: Executive Assistant – Head Strategy & Business Development

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Job Description:

  • Oversight of Business Development cum Sales team across all markets.
  • Define operational parameters & created an excel model to track the performance of Business Development teams.
  • Prepare analytics-driven strategic initiatives for growth and keep track of the same. Make business presentations for top management and maintain transparent engagement with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design new models to grade target markets, evaluate team performances, and set business targets.
  • Identify team-wise key focus areas & quantified improvement required to achieve targets, make plans for the shortfall.
  • Design MIS and governance framework and defined business KPIs to continuously track progress on all ongoing projects
  • Track performance of competitors & prepared monthly market watch reports.
  • Facilitate decision making and governance to Head Strategy and Business Development to maintain growth momentum in key markets and strengthen presence in emerging markets.
  • Support Head Strategy and Business Development by managing his calendar, meeting schedules, taking minutes of the meetings, and setting reviews.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Having a proven track record in assisting CEO/Business Head, preferably in pharma companies.
  • Expert knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential; experience of having made basic financial or business strategy models is a plus.
  • Experience in SAP-SD model preferred
  • Strong analytical and excellent reporting skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities and various senior stakeholders inside and outside the company.
  • Maturity to handle confidential and/or sensitive information and work closely with senior leadership.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and flexible to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Qualification: MBA/PG from Reputed B School

Experience: 2-5 Years of Relevant Experience

Salary: Negotiable
