Position: Executive – Asst Manager Regional Sales Training

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Job Description:

  • Conducting an on-boarding program of FSOs (MR) of different therapies.
  • Responsible for capability development of MR’s in terms of key product & therapy Knowledge and required selling skills.
  • Conduct On job Training (OJT) with MR’s to help them improve in-clinic effectiveness, responsible for the west zone (Primarily Mumbai, Rest of Maharashtra & Gujarat)
  • Do coaching & mentorship program for select DSMs to build their coaching behaviour
  • Ensure follow up and adoption of digital learning interventions yielding better learning retention and business outcomes
  • Conducting TNI/TNA & designing training modules, to be delivered at the regional level
  • Collaborate with HR for interviewing and recruiting candidates for entry-level job (FSO)
  • Collaborating with Head Office Training team for supporting in the deployment of key training projects

Qualification: Appropriately Qualified

Experience: 2-7 Years

Salary: Negotiable
