Position: Executive – IT
Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India
Job Description:
- This position primarily focuses on project and operational routine support for Technical Software Applications related to the Pharma Regulatory approved facility located in Andhra Pradesh (Visakhapatnam).
- Work with Business Process Owners to ensure the business requirements implementation, Application uptime, Change request management, Learning Management System SABA.
- Ensure the user base is effectively trained and positioned to use all available system functionalities.
- Leverage existing applications, systems, and processes for an increase in utilization.
- Ensure IT activities are executed according to regulatory compliance standards. Ordination Corporate QA to ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Manage the vendors/partners/support teams; coordinate with Lupins Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and location IT team.
Functional Expertise:
- 3 + years of experience in supporting Pharma software-related activities
- Project Management & software Implementation experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot various application issues related to software programming, application & web server, database, hardware and network-related.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory processes in the Pharma industry.
- Knowledge of the GXP validated environment.
- Knowledge of software validation practices
- Knowledge of software validation practices
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Broad knowledge of IT in manufacturing sectors preferable Pharma Industry
- Project and Inter & Intra Team Management skills are essential
- Good communicative & written skills are mandatory
Qualification: Appropriately Qualified
Experience: 2-6 Years
