Position: Executive Regulatory Affairs, Consumer Product Division

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Description:

Regulations and Compliance

  • Execute tasks as per SOP
  • Read and understand all regulatory requirements as per business needs
  • Stay updated on new regulations
  • Conduct initial review of artworks, labels, pack inserts, promotional material – banners, leaflets, print ads, TVC, social media campaigns
  • Evaluate claims as per regulations and technical requirements
  • Provide medical and regulatory support for all marketing activities

Exports & Institutional Sales

  • Search, read and understand regulatory requirements of export markets
  • Review documents for regulatory compliance
  • Prepare regulatory risk assessment for products
  • Prepare product dossiers for registration
  • Archive all submissions
  • Update and maintain the status of regulatory filings
  • Ensure all regulatory obligations are met

Scientific Support

  • Handle medical and consumer queries received through consumer care
  • Provide FAQs to the consumer care team
  • Provide scientific training to consumer care and marketing team

Documentation

  • Maintain a repository of regulatory documents
  • Maintain tracker for trademarks, artworks, and promotional material
  • Archive all regulatory correspondence

Other Skills

  • Interact and maintain relations with a cross-functional team
  • Ability to independently manage assigned tasks
  • Basic IT knowledge

Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc(Lifescience/Biology)/B.Pharma

Experience: Fresher/Experience

Salary: Negotiable
