We have newly setup plants of Oncology, General Injectable, and Dermaceuticals. Upcoming plans of General Oral Solid Dosage at Jarad, near Vadodara. Alembic is having manufacturing facilities at Vadodara, Panelav, Karkhadi, Jarod in Gujarat, and Domestic manufacturing of Formulations at Sikkim. Gujarat based facilities are approved by the US FDA, EDQM, TGA, MHRA, and MCC. Alembic Research Center at Vadodara (ARC) and AG Research Center at Hyderabad a world-class research organization provides a comprehensive range of services in the areas of synthetic chemistry, formulations, NDDS, Oncology as also preclinical pharmacology, bioequivalence / bio-analytical studies, etc. ARC & AG Research, designed to state-of-the-art GLP standards with more than 350 scientists working on the latest technology and systems. Position: Executive/Sr. Executive – Sales Field Operations

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Job Description:

  • Hand on experience in Sales Force Automation, Effectiveness and Administration
  • Handling the queries of the field force regards to mobile reporting activity


  • Accurate and timely sales support and reporting processes (viz. SFE, MIS, Admin, etc.)


  • Analytical skill and interpretation of the process


  • Identification, measurement, and achievement of both Quantitative and Qualitative Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) indicators


  • structuring various sales reports, guiding and facilitating database management,


  • Identify and work on productivity enhancement initiatives


  • Training field force for SFE application


  • Being the single point contact for field staff for information on CRM, Dispatch, Status/progress of their request & expense reimbursements.


  • Maintaining Filings & Records

Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 3-8 Years

Salary: Negotiable
