Position: Executive/Sr Executive Technology Transfer

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Job Description:

  • This role will be responsible for technical due diligence, technology transfer, and safety & quality compliance.
  • Interacting with the R&D team to understand the process & Provide inputs for the selection of the equipment and estimate the batch size based on available equipment at the receiving site.


  • Assisting in the evaluation of the suitability of the partner’s development/manufacturing facility for technology transfer.


  • Evaluating cost & process suitability, capable to evaluate the process suitability and strategizing the implementation plans.


  • Competent to handle site transfer projects, Reviewing Independently the technical packages for identification of gaps in the products and process.


  • Troubleshooting during feasibility trails of the external transfer products, basic knowledge on analytical interpretations, and project planning.


  • Preparation of master documents like TT Protocol, risk assessment, validation protocol, batch documents, hold time study protocol, and stability protocol.


  • Providing on-site or off-site assistance for the technology transfer at the customer site to help the customer team absorb the technology.


  • Execution of scale-up batch and submission batches as part of internal technology transfer operations.


  • Participating in discussions with cross-functional team leaders to identify the root cause and execute laboratory experiments to substantiate the root cause analysis.


  • Prepare investigation reports based on laboratory experiments; support the manufacturing and QA team to implement the suggested changes in order to improve the product quality.


  • Implementation of QMS like change control, deviation & root cause investigations and provide inputs for APQR.

Qualification: B.Pharma, M.Pharma

Experience: 2-6 Years

Salary: Negotiable
