Position: Manager API Sales LATAM – 2 Positions

Location: Bhat, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

Job Description:

Major Purpose Of The Job:

  • To plan, acquire, execute and achieve goals in assigned business areas – Domestic
  • Long Term Growth & Strategy Planning,
  • Business Development – New Customer and Business Identification
  • Attending Exhibitions & Seminars, Key Accounts Meetings

Principal Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility of achieving the annual sales forecasting & budgeting for EUROPE
  • Key Account management, visiting key accounts, participating in exhibition and seminars
  • Participating in Global Tenders, Negotiating Long-term contracts with Key Accounts
  • Long & Short Term Growth & Strategy Planning and Execution through Road Map
  • Execute new and existing projects w.r.t Regulatory, ADL, R&D & Production
  • Increase sales of CEP/DMF and NDMF supported APIs
  • New client identification and acquisition
  •  Develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the firm’s profits, GC, market share, etc.
  • Product promotion by regular client visit and by participation in trade expositions
  • New product identification and selection
  • Train, mentor, groom and lead the team members
  • Handle customer queries, complaints and resolve them effectively
  • Provide competitive intelligence to the HOD and Business Head
  • Any other actions and responsibilities as agreed with management
  • Living and demonstrating Cadila Core Values (AIR) Authenticity, Integrity & responsibility in all actions

Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 5-10 Years

Salary: Negotiable
