Designation: Group Product Manager – Women’s HealthCare

Location: Thane

Job Description:

POSITION PURPOSE:

  • Achievement of at least 100% of the sales budget for brands handled
  • Design strategies, tactics and tools to increase market share of brands
  • Marketing support & services and training
  • Growth in Market Share and creation of strong brand equity & corporate image

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve minimum of 100% sales target set for brands handled
  • Prepare and develop Product Strategic Plans (brand positioning, communication strategies, brand reminder inputs and other special campaigns) to achieve sales targets and increase market share of the respective brands
  • Aiding sales efforts by training field staff on medico marketing aspects, meeting and developing important customers and members of trade channel
  • Develop proper feedback / monitoring segments systems with the field members
  • Support preparation of Annual brand wise P&I budgets. Controlling of P&I budgets
  • Continuous tracking and analysis of competitor activities including new product launches
  • Continuous tracking and analysis of competitor activities including new product launches
  • Analysis of the entire market to identify new product opportunities and their launch
  • Training the field force on various marketing and product related concepts / matters
  • Participation in medical conferences
  • Coordinating with medico for PMS, IIS and clinical trials

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Pharma / Science Graduate along with a Masters / Diploma in Marketing Management / Post Graduate Diploma in Pharmaceutical Business Management
  • At least of 8-10 years of experience in Product Management in reputed organization
  • Must possess excellent grip over oral and written communication, creative way of thinking, good analytical capacity, decision making skills, good negotiation and problem-solving skills, customer relations and product training skills.
  • Understanding of Medico marketing activities
  • Understanding of IIS, PMS, clinical trials, Registries
  • Understanding of KOL development plan.

Qualification: B.Sc, B.Pharma, M.Sc, M.Pharma, MBA/PGDM

Experience: 8-10 Years

Salary: Negotiable
