Position: Group Product Marketing Manager

Location: Hyderabad/Mumbai

Therapy: Gastro, Antibiotics

Job Description:

  • Develop and Implement world-class, progressive marketing plans for Dr. Reddys Ltd. Business that align with the Category/Brand strategy, brand roadmaps, and business plans. These should include consumer and patient segmentation and sizing analysis, marketing and media strategy
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns with an excellent understanding of the full marketing mix and strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind. Data-driven thinking with an affinity for numbers.


  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
  • Shape and communicate our vision and mission
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Work closely with the Indian market with a team of marketing people on brand initiatives
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitor’s activities
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
  • Devise innovative growth strategies
  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices, and tactics. Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaigns’ overall performance.
  • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
  • Data-driven marketing exposure includes the use or knowledge of marketing technologies.
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting the industry.
  • Work with teams to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.


  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant field with MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or advertising.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in marketing

Qualification: B.Sc, MBA/PGDM

Salary: 9,00,000 to 19,00,000 INR CTC/PA
