Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 3-4 Product executives /PMT
- Analyzing the market, competition & conducting market research to identify opportunities, threats & key issues.
- Prepare and Build Marketing Plan & Strategy for the assigned portfolio to increase market share
- Create & Build Core Advocacy group of HCPs.
- Product Life Cycle Management to build strong portfolios
- Developing innovative promotional programs for augmenting field force detailing & retailing efforts
- Monitor marketing expense budget within agreed norms while developing marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Tracking, analyzing, and reviewing the performance of the regions against targets and working with stakeholders to resolve issues.
- New product identification and successful launches
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5 years or more in Pharma marketing with new product launch experience and managing at least 1-2 PMT persons.
- Exposure to GP/Gyn/Phy segment is desirable.
- Person having Sales experience will be an advantage.

- Excellent communication Skills
Qualification: B.Pharma, MBA, PGDM
Experience: 5-10 Years
Salary: 8,00,000 to 10,00,000 INR CTC/PA
