Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Job Description
This person is responsible for leading all HR aspects for the country, and partner with the sr. management forum
Roles and Responsibility:
- Leading talent strategy to achieve business objectives, while creating and ensuring
- culture of engagement
- Drive country workforce planning and talent development including a succession plan
- Develop integrated solutions by working in partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees
- Accountable for H2R employees life cycle (recruiting, L&D, Total reward, welfare & wellbeing)
- Responsible for HR core processes such as: connect, GCA, org survey
- Ensure that India strategies are supported with HR programs to provide a competitive advantage
- Consultant to management on human-resource-related issues
- Executive coaching for top management
- Develop organizational design effectiveness as needed
- Create various internal communication channels to ensure the level of engagement
- Responsible to manage labor relation
- Manage HRM team
Desired Profile
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management
- Proven track record from high volume and highly complex global organization, preferred from Pharma or API industries or other global manufacturing organization
Qualification:Â Bachelor’s degree and relevant industry experience. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Experience: Total 15-23 Years, Minimum of 10 years’ experience as senior HR, resolving complex employee relations issues
