Position: HR Manager/Senior Manager (Talent Management)

Location: Ambernath, Thane, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and take ownership of the complete employee lifecycle process
  • Head talent acquisition for the corporate office and coordinate with manufacturing sites as per requirement
  • Provide expertise and support in the design, development, and implementation of the talent review process that will result in the identification of top talent
  • Design & execute programs to retain & develop critical talent
  • Ensure that organization-wide talent management initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational efficiencies and effectiveness
  • Collect, analyze and maintain data for targeted leadership development (succession planning)

Desired Candidate Profile

  • HR professional with relevant experience in the manufacturing sector preferably in Pharma/ Chemicals/ FMCG
  • Have a systematic approach to talent development
  • Have a strong Business Acumen & closely partner with businesses, understand their needs and requirements
  • Ability to understand position requirements in a manufacturing setup
  • Ability to develop a positive relationship with all employees
  • Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate high ethical and professional values
  • Able to develop new and innovative concepts to deliver solutions

Qualification: MBA/PGDM HR/IR

Experience: 12-15

Salary: Negotiable
