Position: HR Program Partner

Location: Bengaluru

Job Description:

As a Program Partner, you will be responsible for the development and rolling out pilots in various areas of HR to support HR excellence. This will include working with the various functions across LCCI and teams in HR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, develop and roll out the POC
  • Process documentation
  • Market Intelligence and Benchmarking
  • MIS and data management
  • Metrics and dashboards

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • High on integrity, trustworthiness, and collaboration
  • Excellent business acumen and the ability to think and act strategically
  • Proactive and independent
  • Excellent communication skills; the ability to build and manage relationships and influence change.
  • Comfortable to challenge the status quo with a passion to deliver results in a dynamic environment
  • Should have strong analytics, presentation, and interpersonal skills, negotiation & conflict resolution skills

Qualification: MBA/PGDM HR/IR from Premium B School

Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in a reputed organization

Salary: Negotiable
