Position: IT On-Site Support Specialist II

Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

Job Description:

  • Ensuring smooth functioning of various laboratory application systems.
  • Software Validation.
  • Activities and Documentation of Data Integrity controls, Back-Up/Restore processes, Disaster Recovery processes, and User Management processes on Laboratory Application Systems.

  • Periodic Reviews of Laboratory Applications Systems with respect to compliance to SDLC, User permissions, and data integrity controls.
  • Audit Management (External & Internal)
  • End-User Support with regards to laboratory application systems.
  • Understanding system requirements, discussing business process / proposals / implementation issues / data security / data integrity / compliance to application guidelines, etc.
  • Documenting the changes and new developments as per the documentation standards.
  • Compliance with GxP Guidelines, Documentation practices & activities.
  • Desktop Support Management: interaction with users to provide extensive support to resolve operational problems.
  • Undertaking activities aimed at building awareness/user knowledge of better utilization of IT resources, technology upgrade benefits i.e. change management, etc.
  • Coordinating with IT Support Teams from other Teva sites (Global & Local).

Qualification: B.Sc- CS/BCA/PGDCA/B.E. (Computer Science/IT)

Experience: 2 to 5 Yrs in I.T Industry

Salary: Negotiable
