Position: Key Accounts Manager – Zoladex 3.6 mg

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute by promoting and selling products to attain or exceed established sales quotas.
  • Regular contact with present and prospective customers.
  • Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports to management and other stakeholders as required.
  • Participate in Sales field rides; follow through on developmental opportunities based on results.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Effectively deploy and pull through territory resources including marketing materials, programs, and other available and approved sales tools.
  • Create, own, and develop effective relationships with approved and targeted customers.
  • Monitor and manage district expenses, budgets, and sample allotments.

Skills and Experience:

  • University Science graduate, ideally an MBA from a reputable institute.
  • Proficient in oral and written communication (English).
  • Must have 5+ years of sales experience with the Pharma sector in the IVF/Gynecology domain.
  • Able to travel to perform job duties.
  • Able to identify potential customers and add to the customer base.
  • Able to meet demand generation goals.
  • Should have been a high performer in sales, Cross-functional engagement, strong business acumen.
  • Organizational skills, good analytical skills/mindset, ability to manage complexity with a high degree of maturity.
