Position: Manager Business Process Analyst
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Job Description:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities and Percentage of Time
- Provide hands-on operational support (technology, out-of-the-box configurations, process, and content) for installed solutions. Provide technical consulting and perform user training as needed.
- Responsible for understanding business problems to be solved, the end-to-end business processes, dataflow, and conditions.
- Provide support during the new systems implementation process, overseeing development or configuration to ensure the solutions are built and will meet/exceed the needs of the business. Own and create test plans, user acceptance tests, and coordinate training.
- Contribute to technical designs that support the implementation of business requirements. Partner and coordinate with internal and external technology teams during the design activities and execution phase.
- Provide hands-on operational support (technology, process, and content) for existing engineering applications (mainly MES and OEE).
- Follows Teva Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.
- Other projects and duties as required/assigned.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems related or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience as a technical hands-on business analyst with experience in engineering-based systems, reporting, and mobile technologies in support of operations and/or engineering functions.
- 5+ years of Technical experience (administration, configuration, management, etc.) with Werum PAS X MES.
Salary: Negotiable
