Positions: Manager – Institutional Business/International Business

Job Description:

Manager Institutional Business:

  • Looking after institutional sales – Govt. Tenders
  • Prepare Tender documentation and Participate in Govt. Tenders
  • Follow up with the concerned person at the plant to dispatch material on time to avoid late deduction.
  • Taking care of sales transaction and back end support
  • Follow-up payments with customers after due date & making notes
  • Prepare all Domestic Sale Orders in SAP.
  • Organizing Sales & Due payment Statement in SAP
  • Prepare all commercial invoices in SAP and send to the customer for payment.
  • Managing the marketing support department & coordinating with regional offices
  • Preparing MIS(Multi) reports and submit to the management
  • Coordinating with PPIC Department & Scheduling department for timely delivery of finished products,

Position Responsibilities

  • Maintaining Annual Tender Calendar

  • Preparing complete bid document for submission

  • Participating in hard copy & e-tenders

  • Tracking tender outcome and sharing analysis with all internal stakeholders

  • Coordination with all relevant functions and maintaining updated tender documents repository

  • Preparing EMDs, BG.

  • Maintaining data on competitor pricing intelligence

  • Ensuring Bid-Pricing compliance to L1 following¬† fall Clause

  • Maintaining rate contracts copies

  • Keeping updated records of pricing approvals

  • Maintaining copies of complete tenders submitted an entire correspondence.

  • Attending Pre-bid meetings, shortfall documents meetings whenever required.

  • BSP claims final approval and process adherence.

Manager International Business:

  • Handling pre- & post-shipment export documents.
  • Coordinating with customers & country managers.
  • Arranging inspections for shipments – coordinate with Inspection agency, plant & logistics.
  • Follow up for packing list & COA’s from the plant.
  • Co-ordinating with Clearing and Forwarding Agents for shipments
  • After vessel sealing and receiving the EP Copy / Mate receipt / AR4 form from CHA, submit documents for filing our return
  • Experience in handling Focus market
  • Knowledge of Online MEIS application.
  • Knowledge of ERP, with MS Office Expertise

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Ability to do Correspondence with Customers.
  • Must have good communication skills.


Qualification: Appropriately Qualified, Post Graduate Preferred

Experience 8-10 Years

Age: Below 40 Years

Salary: 5,00,000 to 7,00,000 INR CTC/PA
