Designation: Manager – Quality Assurance
Location: Toansa, Nawanshahar, Punjab, India
Job Description:
- Responsible for conducting internal audits (self-inspection)for quality system and sub system at the site in accordance with established SOP on “Internal Audits”
- Co-ordinate with cross functions to facilitate customer/regulatory audits at the site and
preparation of audit response, identification of CAPA to avoid reoccurrence - Co-ordinate with cross functions regarding audit schedule, audit findings, corrective actions, training, and audit compliance reports
- Monitoring and tracking various compliance actions arise due to regulatory inspections and internal/ customer audits
- Collaborate with corporate compliance group and ensuring implementation of global CAPA’s at the site, assessment of GMP trend observations shared by corporate compliance group at the site with the evaluation team and implementation of CAPA
- Management Review
- To ensure IPQA activities are performed as per SOP
- To ensure that any non compliance w.r.t GMP are reported as per company policy
- To ensure the implementation of SOP, Global SOP, quality policy and global quality standard at site in stipulated time
- Keep track of SOP due for revision and alert stake holders with timely implementation
- Ensure implementation of new SOP’s based on GAP/ improvement identified in current system through internal/ external audits, investigations and CAPA etc
- Review and approval of SOP, training material, questionnaire for approved SOP’s
- Responsible for job role of site co-coordinator for trackwise
Qualification: MS/M.Sc/M.Pharma/M.Tech
Exeperience: 9-13 Years
