Position: Sales Force Effectiveness Manager (SFE)
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Purpose of Jobs:
To support Associate Director – Commercial Excellence by implementing efficient, accurate and timely sales support and reporting processes (viz. SFE, MIS, etc.) by optimal targeting and segmentation of customers, structuring various sales reports, guiding and facilitating database management, incentive, and reporting processes, drawing up and structuring KPIs and structuring territorial budgets in order to maintain congruence within the organization and help the organization realize its objectives
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language
- Knowledge of SFE & tools of SFE
- Knowledge of forecasting and implementation
- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical processes and field operations
- Analytical skill and interpretation of the process
- Understanding field activities and drivers.
- Understanding of products and promotional activities
Desired Skills and Knowledge for Job:
- Computer skills
- Excel and forecasting software skills
- CRM and Database understanding.
- Project management and execution
- Knowledge of software associated with database management
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Understanding of analytics
- Ability to draw up management information matrices
- Understanding of marketing and sales operations
Experience: 4-8 Years in Pharma out of which 3 Years in Similar Position
