Position: Manager/Sr Manager – Talent Acquisition

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Job Description:

As a Recruitment Leader, you will be responsible for end to end TA planning, branding, executing, and onboarding of new talent. TA of early hires from interns, campus hires lateral hires, etc. Employer Branding -reaching out to campuses and also professionals to be the employer of choice. Social media plans and branding would also be part of the responsibility. Leading a team of recruiters to deliver on recruitment activities which include sourcing candidates from job boards, stakeholder management, vendor management, Market Intelligence, and ensuring good candidate experience while meeting targets are met in a given timeline. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Employer branding strategy
  • Campus Strategy formulation and execution
  • Stakeholder Management and ensuring the good recruiting experience
  • Market Intelligence and Benchmarking
  • Recruitment dashboards
  • End to End Recruitment including onboarding
  • Social Media Hiring, Passive Candidate Search

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • MBA/ PGDM in Human Resources from Premier B School
  • 10-12 years of relevant experience in a reputed organization
  • High on integrity, trustworthiness, and collaboration
  • Excellent business acumen and the ability to think and act strategically in the deployment of various Talent Acquisition programs
  • Excellent communication skills; the ability to build and manage relationships and influence change.
  • Comfortable to challenge the status quo with a passion to deliver results in a dynamic environment
  • Should have strong analytics, presentation, and interpersonal skills, negotiation & conflict resolution skills

Qualification: MBA/PGDM HR/IR from Premium B School

Experience: 10-12 years of relevant experience in a reputed organization

Salary: Negotiable
