Position: Manager – Technical Training (QA)
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Job Description:
Job Purpose: The purpose of this job is to manage the technical training within the quality functions.
Key Responsibilities:Â
- Coordinate the technical training initiatives for Quality.
- Connect with the BU QA and BU Leads on relevant technical training to be conducted
- Develop training contents for classroom training in consultation with the stakeholders
- Identification and certification of internal trainers for classroom training.
- Ensure training is conducted as per schedule
- Coordinate the external and internal facilitators for conducting training along with the L&D team.
- Ensure identified employees for training are notified on a timely basis
- Mapping out training plans based on the JD. Ensure the recurring training plan are mapped and executed as per JD
- Choosing appropriate training methods (virtual, simulated, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, classroom, etc.) in consultation with the reporting manager.
- Establish processes to monitor the results of training participants and collect feedback on training instructors to determine the effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Closely work with the L&D Team and the Head of the departments on skill gap analysis and organize training.
- Forming the main conduit/link between Syngene and BBRC QA and establish an effective communication process with the client
- Understanding client expectations in terms of Data Quality and ensure SLA compliance with the teams.
- Ensuring that the execution team gets a clear and thorough understanding of the quality requirements of BBRC.
- Bring together the cross-functional teams of quality (and where relevant, other departments) to form a seamless group to deliver on client quality requirements.
- Escalation management and conflict resolution where relevant
- Organize BMS – Syngene Quality council meeting; review of the improvements changes that would affect the systems and implement the follow-up action indicated post review.
- Coordinate the Quality forum with BBRC-BMS- Syngene and track the action items
- Organize Q-Q (QA Syngene -QA BBRC) meetings at and track the action items
- Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety
- Attend training on environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures imparted company
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Hands-on experience as learning administrator in Learning Management System (LMS)
- Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
- Experience in designing technical course content
- Ability to address training needs with complete courses

Qualification: Graduation/ Post graduation (Science/ Technology)
Experience: 10-12 Years of Total Experience, Out of which 5-7 Years of Relevant Exp.
